Gallup Poll

A 2015 Gallup Poll survey of 900,000 students shows 75% engagement at grade 5, and then a steep decline over time to 32% in grade 11.

Survey of over 63,000 managers on what skills recent college graduates lack

Of more than 14,000 graduates also surveyed, 87% report feeling "well prepared" for their new jobs, however, only 50% of managers agreed.
